1. Fabric Feeding System
Handles various fabric types, feeding material from rolls or trolleys to the printer's conveyor at precise speed and tension. Ensures a smooth, flat, wrinkle-free surface. Supports knitted, woven, and high-elastic fabrics, with functions such as edge suction, fabric spreading, centering, overfeeding, and lint removal for a cleaner fabric finish.
2. High-Efficiency Drying and Fabric Take-Up System
Features a drying chamber with conveyor tensioning, alignment, and drive systems, along with radiators, circulation fans, exhaust fans, and air ducts for rapid drying of printed fabrics. Heat sources: Steam, natural gas, or thermal oil options available.
3. Printing Main Unit
Equipped with dual rotary screens for pre- and post-printing, enabling full-width base and color coating. The post-print rotary screen supports extended processes such as pattern alignment, overprinting, metallic gold/silver effects, and discharge printing.
4. Multi-System Collaboration
Integrates advanced ink supply, ink temperature control, closed-loop negative pressure, and printhead management systems. Includes multi-head color calibration, automatic printhead cleaning, and humidification for easier maintenance and enhanced printhead safety, performance, and lifespan.
